1. Privacy-By-Design: Zero Account Requirement

At WorkPayTools, privacy is our baseline standard. We do not require accounts, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, or credit card details to use our 16 free wage and time calculation tools. Anyone can access all features without revealing their identity.

2. Local, Client-Side Calculations Only

When you enter confidential compensation figures, such as your hourly pay, annual salary, hours worked, overtime multiplier, or tax bracket, all mathematical computations occur entirely within your browser's local memory (JavaScript engine).

What We Never Do:
  • We never transmit your financial or salary inputs over the internet.
  • We never store your wage, timesheet, or tax information in any database.
  • We never sell or share your calculator inputs with employers or data brokers.

3. Web Analytics & Server Logs

Like standard web applications, our web hosting servers automatically record basic diagnostic technical log entries (including anonymized IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referring URLs, and request timestamps) to maintain service security and prevent distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count aggregate page views and identify top calculators. Analytics events never contain user input numbers or financial values.

4. Display Advertising & Cookie Disclosures

Our website is funded by display advertisements and sponsored partnerships. Third-party advertising vendors (including ad networks and exchange partners) may serve contextual or interest-based ads. These vendors may use cookies, web beacons, or unique device identifiers to deliver relevant advertisements and assess campaign viewability.
